I Am Now A Podcaster!

Following on from my writing debut for The Anfield Wrap last month I have now made my debut as a podcaster.

I was honoured to join Rob Gutman, Gareth Roberts and Andy Heaton for this month’s Overview show. Looking back on the month of March up to the international break and forward to the weekend of the Bournemouth game.
The tantalising thought of the Champions League Quarter Final against City dominates early April but there are two must-win Premier League games against Palace away and Bournemouth at home either side of the two legs against City and the small matter of the trip across Stanley Park for the derby in the middle.
March has been a tough month to keep pace in the top 5 – sorry Arsenal fans – the defeat at Old Trafford seeing us lose a little ground among that group but the underlying feeling is optimistic.
The imponderables are how the Reds would react to an exit at The Ethiad in their remaining Champions League games and the likely fixture congestion for all the top 5, two because of their Champions League commitments and the others with FA Cup semi-finals backing up Premier League games as yet not rescheduled.
I’m fervently hoping I’m not a one-hit wonder, only time will tell. I haven’t listened back to my debut yet and would welcome the feedback. If you are an Anfield Wrap subscriber great, thanks, enjoy. If you aren’t (yet) please subscribe so you can listen to this and numerous other shows, it’s only £5 a month. Just follow one of the subscribe links on the website:
