Some may say I’m labouring the point but in my defence it is a point worth labouring. Having spent the whole of the day in the ground watching the tireless attempts of the Somerset groundstaff to get the game up and running and the equally tireless efforts of the umpires to ensure we didn’t see any play I feel justified.
And in case you ask yes I am still bitter and twisted about it……
